REPORTS to the Environmental Protection Agency
According to the legislation in force, several reports are required to be submitted to the Environmental Protection Agency such as:
- Waste management - according to Law no. 211/2011 and Government Ordinance no. 856/2002;
- Managing packaging and packaging waste - according to Order no. 794/2012;
- Monitoring environmental factors: water, air, soil / subsoil, noise;
- EEE and WEEE records - according to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 5/2015;
- B & A and WBA Records - according to Order no. 669/1304 of 2009;
